With your little Clarice-Headcanon anatomy sheet. You mention she doesn't really associate with their name anymore. Is this because the surgical process completely bungled their memory? Or is it more of a Trauma-response to the process that they don't really consider herself to be "Clarice" Anymore? Morbidly curious!

in my interpretation of Clarice, her mind has been changed in such a way that she’s stuck in a constant brainfog, she often does things and has impulses she doesn’t understand. I think she’d still use her old name, but not really identify as the person people knew her as.

i think with enough time adjusting to the changes, she’ll feel at home in her body again and gradually become comfortable being Clarice once more :)
