Mentiorempath NPD [ Mentior - Lie in Latin ]
A pwNPD who considers themselves superior to their peers because of their ability to fake empathy, emotional and/or cognitive. They may specifically feel superior to other individuals with low/no empathy, or superior to others in general because of their ability to seem empathetic, and may feel like people envy their ability to feign empathy
