Sylvain/Mercedes for ask meme?

I'm pretty neutral on this one. It's not my favorite pairing for either of them but they definitely have chemistry together. It actually grew on me after Hopes, because in their supports there, Sylvain is a lot more proactive about helping Mercedes. In Houses Mercedes is definitely in Group Mom/caregiver mode for most of their supports. It breaks my heart that she has one of the worst background stories, but never shows how hurt she is and always wants to help everyone else instead. In Hopes, he offers to marry her to get her out of a bad engagement but says she could go do whatever she wanted. I feel like him offering up what he at least thinks is a loveless marriage is huge for him. Maybe I'm talking myself into it more, idk 😅
