When one's gender is rapidly fluid, like the element mercury. It could switch between genders too quickly to recognize or feel like a constant stream of different combinations of genders all at once.
The purple line represents fem-aligned genders, the blue represents masc-aligned genders, and the red represents unaligned. The red stripe is also the umbrella flag for all iterations of this gender.
