Do you think Laurie and Ralph become Accidental Fathers (as in they acquire some sort of hapless child or young adult) or do you think they live in blissful, childless harmony and focus on very old people hobbies?

No.

They're probably one of my only ships where I can't see them as parents, I don't want to get either of them knocked up, etc. Laurie does need to get railed into the mattress until he sees God but he does not need to get bred, no sir. I do feel like they live in childfree harmony and focus on their old people hobbies and also have sex a lot.

(Do I love Laurie's interactions with the child in hospital? Yes of course. Do I love that the child meets Ralph one (1) time and immediately becomes infatuated with him? Absolutely. Do I want them to raise said child? Nope!)

I do, however, believe they adopt a dog and spoil the hell out of it. That was actually a common thread in a lot of the Charioteer fics on LiveJournal. Laurie and Ralph adopt a dog that they cherish and he is the bestest boy ever!
