Oooh, fun! Let's see....

Ratchet and Drift: Power couple. Individually successful and influential in their own right, rock solid as a unit.

Megatron and Rodimus: GOATED power couple. Literally defeated their enemies once just by walking in the room together.

Prowl and Mesothulas: Power imbalance couple.

Prowl and Chromedome: Whatever the opposite of a power couple is. Two people who hold each other back and bring out each other’s worst qualities.

Knock Out and Breakdown: Not successful or influential enough to be considered a power couple, but they have the potential to become one. Give 'em time.

Taraprowl appeals to me largely as a ship between two people who do genuinely love one another at the start. But they both bring out the absolutely worse most toxic traits out of one another and enable the shit out of each other's absolutely worst habits and traits. Inevitably leading to one or both of them reaching a breaking point and/or things boiling over and the whole relationship ending in heartbreak, betrayal, and tragedy.
