I think I know why we didn’t get tommy as a ghost- (other then he was confined to the prison)
When Wilbur was killed he was totally ready to go out, he really didn’t have any earthly tethers, no physical things keeping him there.
Tommy did, he had his disks, so maybe ghosts can only happen if you no longer have physical items that you cared about if that makes sense?
Schlatt didn’t have any physical things keeping him from going out either.
Mexican Dream had his “drugs” and stuff but wasn’t really a physical tether to him.
Idk it makes sense to me what do y’all think?
