Food intake
The weightloss officially starts (again) today. I'm back on myfitnesspal logging my food (properly) and I'm wearing my fitbit. If only my stomach knew it was diet time and would stop feeling hungry. As you can see from the filter ... I got pizza on my mind 😂😂 Darn you Christmas weight gain!!!! If anyone wants to add me on fitbit or MFP ask for my details :)
So I am a little bit disappointed/sad. My PT looked at my food diary for today.. and yes, the calorie intake was higher than I usually have due to a member of staff having a birthday and it being a rule to bring in a fresh cream bun ... when I saw how many calories were in the bun I said that I would take it home and share with Chris... I also had a bit of ice cream today but nothing major and my intake woukd have been around 1800. This is what myfitnesspal tells me I should be at. Now I am a little concerned that dropping from eating 1800 calories down to 1300 isn't going to be too great for my body. A good friend has said that my body may go into starvation mode - which I know isnt great for weightloss! I also do not know how I am going to manage eating 1300 calories a day... that's nothing :(
Still going on lost some weight even tho I don't check calories no more
Messed around and lost 6lbs from last week been doing 2-day workouts 40 min each cardio with resistance training and then a few sets of heavy lifting. Also been eating clean with intermittent fasting
Started back weight training this year gained weight but lost weight as well as built muscle. Almost at goal number 1 to be the Muscle Teddy bear 😂😂😂. Been in the gym everyday sometimes twice a day. Add me on MyFitnessPal username nowinprogress
