Hey guys it’s me the woker

Today I bring you my grease fire life fanart because I have been listening to it on repeat.

So first we got Lena, my Denny’s and my version of Duke Dandy??? It was hard to make a design for him because I was thinking constantly of Jay kay from Jamiroquai and one of my classmates, hope he knows I think about the day we went to eat Dunkin’ Donuts together after a test and the cashier recognized him and greeted him like friends yknow, they weren’t friends. My classmate just sold weed to him in 2020 and he gave us a discount so yay.

Next, we got Lexi, I hate her but I also love her because she’s so fun to draw. And when I picked the colors for the references, I didn’t notice the red on her hair was like not normal ginger color yknow and now she looks like mean girl Ariel but let’s think her hair gets redder the evil and meaner she gets

And we got a drawing of the best friends ever, I love Thad, he’s my favorite, can’t wait for the 2nd season and see the dynamic between him and listener. Believe me when I say I am THE Thad fan. And random thought I saw an edit of heated rivalry with Lovegame by lady Gaga and I can’t stop imagining a fanfic with Thad since he’s in a rugby team 😞 (I know nothing about that shit)

Also I had to guess what eye color did Thad and Ash have because in the official art they have, THEIR EYES ARE CLOSED 🧍🏻‍♂️

Also yknow the characters as miis? And headcanons for Duke Dandy, Lynn and Kelsey cuz I see nothing of em and I love em so much, ALSO I WANTED TO DRAW BRADY BUT I COULDNT BUT I HAVE SUCH A LIVID PICTURE OF HOW WOULD HE LOOK, like have you seen those old biker men, with the long hair and beard and bandana, like that’s the vision, I know he’s the chef but it’s so fun to imagine him with the glasses and the bandana while cooking

"Hey," Ash can't help the exasperated chuckle that slips from his lips as he cups his partner's shoulder and gives them a light shake. "Focus, we can't do this scene if you keep giggling like this."

Denny's is trying, they purse their lips and nod, furrowing their brow to force themself to lock in. "No, you're totally right. I'm serious now. Very serious."

Ash's brow raises. "Seriously?"

"Extremely."

He tries to fight the smile that tugs at his lips. "Can you at least lose the voice? It will help me believe you more."

Denny's drops their deep faux serious voice for their own. "Okay, I'm extremely super very serious now."

Ash shakes his head goodnaturedly, presses a kiss to their forehead and picks his script back up. He clears his throat dramatically.

Alright... from the top.

"Those lips would look a lot better doing something else," his line is soon interrupted by shy giggles gurgling out of his partner.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry--" they swat their hands all around. "I just... I've never heard you say things like that."

It's true. With their relationship just starting as his acting career was taking off, the two of them didn't have a lot of time for the more freaked part of their dating.

Ash gives them a look. He's not mad or anything, but God, this was a lot easier with Thad and he kept interrupting scenes to ask about 'character motivations'.

"You done?" He can barely hide his smile now.

"I'm done," Denny's smiles all innocent.

Ash closes his eyes. He knows better than to trust that smile. He makes a big show of clearing his throat yet again... and then he makes his move.

Leaning forward, he plants his hands on the chair, boxing Denny's in. His nose nearly brushing against their, their little gasp of surprise sends their breath washing over his lips. Ash makes a very deliberate show of lowering his gaze to their lips.

And in a low voice he murmurs to them, "those lips would look a lot better doing something else other than distracting me while I'm working," his eyelashes flutter as his gaze raises to theirs. "Don't you agree?"

Then he holds.

Only to immediately pull back as they move in for the kiss.

"Good, you're not giggling anymore. Let's continue," he grins down at them, absolutely proud of himself.

Thought about Ash and Dennys again

You might be wondering how I even came to that connection of them being dc-au checkmate; Ash is moving in life alot while Dennys stays in one place but is very important, like in chess with the queen and king -(I know Ash is moving in life because of meeting these people and trusting them)

And i just go insane about angel and demon/religious imagery with characters(i drew dennys as a demon)
