They should let me make mgs6 except it follows Catherine Miller who is a failed popstar but because she was trained in the patented Master Miller Fighting + Survival Techniques™️ the government whisks her away from her penthouse full of empty beer bottles and depression and perhaps a blind pet husky to fix whatever bombastic plot is going on BUT Raiden’s here too and they get to bond over how they loved Snake and it’s tragic he died but it’s still kinda hard to live in his shadow (mirroring what Snake went through in regards to Big Boss who I’m sure never felt good enough for the Boss herself).
Snake was Catherine’s brother, and I doubt she had a good chance to say goodbye. Snake was Raiden’s uncle and mentor—losing someone like that aches.
The game asks if we are defined by our love for others, the fact we just happened to know someone, or if it’s a combination of something else entirely.
