I really liked this episode. The only thing I enjoy more about the manga is I remember all the panels where the Todoroki family is just slurping up soba a little funnier in the manga.

Something nice I find about the whole Todoroki family thing is that they manage to show different responses to Endeavor’s actions through each of his children.

Fuyumi immediately is ready to forgive to just have her family back, Todoroki is willing to wait and watch before he chooses a side, Natsuo is completely against forgiving him right now, and Touya is actively trying to expose his father’s crimes and directly hurt him.

I feel like I’m not one to really comment on this too much, but it’s nice to see a variety of responses to Endeavor’s actions.

Despite all that, I’m really hoping Endeavor won’t be redeemed. I’m fine if he’s just going to atone and that’s as far as it goes. Even if the Todoroki family does save Touya I hope it isn’t shown in the light of Endeavor redeeming himself by saving Touya from what he’s going through.

I have faith in the series so I feel that might be the direction it’s heading.

Okay, apparently I missed the cat and Aizawa scene when I was reading the manga.

I love that he tried to get the cat to come to him.

Is that just a random cat? Did Aizawa adopt that cat?
