hes pretty insecure about it. i hc him to be slightly older than todd (not drastically like 36 to todds 33) but hes the oldest of the agency and due to having his childhood wasted (and the first years out of blackwing he was just trying to function in the world again) he feels like a lot of life was wasted and hes very aware of it overtime hes a lot more at peace with his age now he has friends/family
♦ - quirks/hobbies headcanon (Todd)
he likes to collect things- usually cds of obscure bands and also his growing collection of clocks (he just finds them neat) he also stitches and sews (he had to make his cool guy jacket somehow)- when he gets into his stride (its quite rhythmic) he finds it very relaxing (even if he pricks his finger a bunch)
■ - Bedroom/house/living quarters headcanon (Mike)
in his childhood he was pretty ignored by his parents so he filled his bedroom with x-files merch and various other shows/movies with aliens and/or conspiracy theories in blackwing (assuming he has living quarters there) he dials it way back cause blackwing uses shit against you (regardless if youre a project) plus i doubt blackwing lets you personalise your room all that much even if you work there
