1. Why does Lilith resent Lucifer? What for? Like, it can emerge in several different ways. Is it for the things that happened at Eden, her current circumstances or something entirely different?

Now, into these questions!
1. I would say the resentment Lilith feels for Lucifer was buidling for a long time, and it is sort of the same way some people start feeling when they have to take care of ailing relatives.
She was starting to feel frustrated and burned out while also having a child to care for, and it wasnt the future she thought She would have ended up with.
Especially after she's kept captive in Heaven. She hates how it separated her from her daughter and how she never got to see her grow up while foisting the care of Lucifer on to Charlotte, who should have never had to deal with seeing her father basically being tortured for a crime he committed over 10,000 years ago.
2. They are all men to him. Though he still treats Lucifer more femininely as he got weaker, though, he holds the utmost respect for the royal fam.
However, he views Charlie as far more soft than Lucifer or Lilith and thinks she should be harsher on sinners.
3. oooh boy this is a long one.
Lucifer, in spite his...issues wasn't a bad parent, in fact he was pretty good at it as angels, like birds, tend to be with their kids (if they have one) for most of the day and only really leaving for food. Along with this, he tried instilling the same pride that he has, in Charlie, while also teaching her self respect.
Though, Charlie was primarily taught by many tutors as afforded by her royal status.
DO NOT let Uriel near a baby, this man would have no idea what to do with one and maybe give it a sword and not understand why the baby didn't know how to use it-- Uriel could use one when he was first created, why not a mini flesh potato?
Michael would be debatably a good dad, if not a bit emotionally distant and kind of a task master. You could trust him with a baby, even if he doesn't quite understand the mechanics of them, or their purpose.
Azrael, do not give them a baby they will break under the stress. They are already so anxious and busy, a crying child will only make them start crying too. They may have a caretaker energy, but seeing a child soul or a child upset is very distressing.
Raphael, objectively the best parent of the Virtues and Lucifer, considering his primary occupation is healer, he knows how to deal with child birth, feeding, and changing. He's also one of the more playful and fun, so he's def not going to be a boring and overly strict parent-- but he can be a bit lax.
Gabriel, def okay for him to handle a child, he would def be an artsy parent and try to get them into art too. Though he would mayyybe a little overprotective. He actually would like having a kid because they require a lot of work and he needs things to do.
Remiel, he would be way too lax because I think he would be afraid of being mean and let them get away with too much.
Cassiel, do not give him a kid, he's a teetotaler and a control freak, he would be putting a tracker on that child. No drugs, no alcohol, no fun.
4. God...does not care, in fact He probably has no clue and had taken a rather hands off roll after the The Great Inundation. (Going for sort of an absent God vibe because I feel like including God having influence in the world besides would way to easily mess up plot, especially cause god could just say something and have everything be resolved.)

When it comes to Uriel's complex, it does in fact have a lot to do with how Lucifer was technically his primary care giver as God/Yahweh was busy working on crafting other angels to fill roles in Heaven.
When it comes to an Oedipus complex, I think what Uriel would actually have is what is called a "negative Oedipus complex"? Experiencing desire for the same sex parent.
It's hard to explain cause early angels don't have concept of sex or gender until Adam and Eve, but often are masculine in presentation. When Lucifer took on a male form, most of the seraphs he mentored did the same. Along with this, no angels are actually related, they have no real blood and don't share genes.
This in particular, with Uriel, when Lucifer was still in Heaven, would often present as being very clingy. Later in life, after Lucifer fell and the fight happened with Uriel, Uriel kinda gained an "I hate you but I also want no one else to have you in any way," mentality.
So, he ended up pretty possessive and wants no-one else to get the right to kill Lucifer or capture him but Uriel.
He also ended up pretty sadistic/mean, and is actually assigned to guard the gates of Tartarus because of the fact that he is more hard and cold than the others. Though, he obeys God above all else and won't go against orders to behave civilly, even if it rankles him. (Pre-inundation/war angels are much more harsh and warlike due to the roles they served).
When it comes to it being noticeable? Not really, the most the others will remark on is how he seems low-key obsessive and moody when Lucifer gets brought up, but they don't really press him on it because of the fact that lucifer is the reason why he ended up maimed.
Though, Michael will often tell him to cool it cause Uriel is...intense to say the least. Michael is equally intense, but in a different way. (they have a sort of hot/cold thing going on)
Charlotte...would not be pleased, Lucifer isn't a good guy and she knows he has a past, but her father is already suffering and doesn't want an obsessive weirdo enemy on top of it. Not to mention the fact that I believe, plot wise for atlas, she would at some point actually have to talk to and negotiate with Uriel and him being himself makes that hard.
As for Lucifer himself, he does not know, somehow. He is pretty oblivious to this and the only thing he noticed is that Uriel would act like an attention hungry brat.
Keep in mind, all of the angels are created in the forms of adults with the intelligence of geniuses so this is all happening in a group of what looks like a group of super smart grown men.

The only one that has a "thing" for Lucifer in a more carnal way is Uriel, and that's because he's an outlier that doesn't even understand his own emotions when it comes to anything but slaughter.
Michael and Lucifer are...complicated, beacuse he may be more cold and warlike as fitting of an old test angel, but it is hard to harm somone that mentored you and basically made you who you are.
Especially when that person looks at you and you see fear in their eyes, knowing that you caused It.
Michael has a lot of regrets, but when angels are directly commanded by God, they have no choice but to obey.

From what I've seen in various media and sources, they are supposed to be stronger than their angelic parent, but you've placed Charlie on the same level as Cherubim and Lilith. in mine, nephilim are below angelic parents because of the fact that they are half blooded. There is some dilution going on which reduces powers.
As for before the flood? She's actually pretty standard for nephilim! Most nephilim are like Charlie if they existed as she is the last nephilim.
And what makes a standard nephilim is heights over 8 feet. Features such as animal tails, legs, ears, and noses or feathers. Multiple eyes in various configurations. Horns or claws.
Abilities can include ability to "see lies" and compell the truth from others, enhanced strength, minor ability of foresight, etc.
Though, Charlie is unique in the fact that what you see isn't her true size, she's actually approx 10 feet when not shrinking her self for other people.
She also has more abilities than what is standard because of Lucifer being a high Seraph and her also being new king of Hell. On top of having exposure to Hell from birth as she has never been to Earth and was not born there.
After the flood, angels made after the war and those in Heaven were stripped of their fertility to prevent them from siring children on Earth.
If that says anything, Nephilim are considered tainted and below Angels because of their half-human blood and are deemed subseptable to sin in a way angels are though to not be.
Though, Charlotte is an odd case beacuse of who her parents are as Lucifer was the most loved by God in Heaven before his fall and Lilith was the first woman before Eve. So, in a way, this gives her more political sway over those who were born of the Grigori who are long dead.

Michael would like her 100%. He may be on the cold side, but he likes her audacity and willingness to stand up for her convictions.
Uriel does not like her at all. Simply because she is related to Lucifer (and isnt Uriel's kid /j). He thinks she is ignorant and naive and will probably taunt her and be a dick, while engaging in some attempted extortion if she were ever to ask him for anything.
Raphael is kinda a lax, low energy, go with the flow type so he doesn't have any strong feelings, so he is more likely to help her out if Lucifer asked.
So, with the mention of Uriel and his Oedipus complex, I've been curious about some things.
What's Heaven's and most importantly, the Seraphim's opinions on Charlotte and their relationship with her? Like, Lucifer was a parental figure to all the other Seraphim so is it a sibling relationship (albeit a distant one, probably), or much more on the indifferent side? Who's the favourite child? The Ars Geotia are on even footing with the angel rank they are paired next to, this is also the rank that they became a fallen angel from, though slightly below as when you fall, some of your power is stripped.
Lilith Never meets Verity, though she would be happy that her daughter found someone that she loves, and Lucifer actually likes Verity simply by virtue of her being a Fallen Angel.
When you become a fallen angel, it's basically an automatic team switch and any anyone that's on your side is a friend against a shared enemy as that is what keeps the swords and spears pointed in the right direction if conflict were to come about.
He may think verity is a bit soft, but he values anyone that would throw themself in front of Charlotte to protect her-- even if it's just to be her meat shield.
What are the physical differences between the upper triad angels? So far it seems the Seraphim have three pairs of wings, feathers, and extra face eyes, while the Ophanim have one pair of wings with eyes, a chest eye, and double halos with more eyes. What about the Cherubim? When Michael became Seraphim, did he have to adjust much to his new form?
(Also in light of my ear ask, should we view Seraphim as having feathery ears AND head wings, or feathery ears that ARE or can become their head wings?)

The seraphim are beings that are the closest to god and represent the "divine" of the triad. They exist to praise, sing and worship, and burn with love. They act as attendants.
Seraphs have:
six wings two pairs on the back, one pair on the head.
four eyes on the face
feathers on the neck, face, chest, ears, and body.
Their arms and legs are birdlike in appearance and structure.
they have long, lion-esque tails but with feathers in place of fur.
Their halos are liquid gold with a ball of pure light in the middle.

Yes, yes, yes! He 100% did. His form didn't actually fully become that of a seraph and is actually a blend of the two, keeping traits from the cherub base form with more aspects of a seraph!
The main discomfort was the increase in body temperature as he started pretty warm but became molten.
along with this, he kept the lion limbs, and the horns, but his ears became feathers and the body fur became feather. He also had to grow more eyes and another pair of wings, and his tail had to change as well.
Finally, with seraph ears, you should view them was being elf-esque but covered in feathers and the head wings as a separate entity!
