9 please!
9. We’re hiding from the authorities and it’s very close quarters in here, I can feel your body against mine.
Sabrina opened her mouth, but Ms. Wardwell pressed a finger to Sabrina’s red lips, silencing her. They were hiding in one of the closets of Baxter High after an unfortunate event that left seven chaos daemons running rampant, thus the temporary refuge in the closet.
Ms. Wardwell was listening intently to what was happening outside, her hand dropping from Sabrina’s lips to her waist. There was a hellish screech and Sabrina jumped, stepping closer, curling into Ms. Wardwell. Looking up, she found Ms. Wardwell watching her with curiosity, the threat forgotten.
“Oh, sorry,” Sabrina whispered, moving to step back in the small closet but Ms. Wardwell’s hand moved to the small of her back, holding her in place.
“It’s alright Sabrina,” she said, lips curving into a smile that looked almost hungry, “You’re safe with me.”
Sabrina’s heartbeat quickened, and she was thankful for the darkness to mask her blush. Ever since her almost Dark Baptism on her eighteenth birthday, Ms. Wardwell had been so much more… attentive and Sabrina couldn’t help but admit to herself that she liked it.
A lot.
