There is an immense sense of satisfaction when you need to dig in to accomplish something and it's purely your sheer will that gets it done. I'm happy when my body feels good and strong movements happen. But I'm proud when I'm tired, when there are pieces of my brain that wants to be done but you know the fatigue is there to train you, you push you.
