I'm a huge horror movie fan. What are some of your favorites? ^_^

Oh god I love horror movies too! That’s literally all I will watch and look for despite being the biggest bitch baby on the planet! I literally have a list of movies that I need to watch and see but don’t have the resources yet to watch them. But from the few that I have watched off the top of my head that are favorites of mine right now are definitely Terrifier which is on Netflix right now. It’s hilariously stupid and gory but creepy all the same. The acting isn’t the best, but the clown, Art, in the film saves all of it. Speaking of clowns, I really loved IT last year and I’m looking forward to the sequel. I like the movie Hush, the Conjuring series, Trick r Treat I think is what it’s called.

Man I don’t know why I’m blanking out on so many but I have so many favorites that I will watch over and over again and get wicked excited to see. You just had to ask me the hard question lol. ^^ How about you? What are some of your favorites?

That on top of always shoving her feelings at him when he had no interest.

Its funny that people call Hinata a stalker when Sakura literally followed Sauske on his self reflection journey thing. And didn't she spend their first lesson with Kakashi looking for him?

Both of these are absolutely true. Karin confirms that Sakura chased Sasuke down to be with him on his redemption journey after everyone started coupling. And the only reason she became a ninja at first was to impress Sasuke I believe, and during the first bell test, while Naruto and Sasuke were scattered, she hid and watched from the sidelines as Naruto and Sasuke attacked Kakashi. She only came out when she saw Kakashi beat Naruto I think and went to look for Sasuke. Kakashi found her, put her under a genjutsu of Sasuke, she passes out and at some point, she finds Sasuke and passes out again when she sees that he's buried beneath the ground because of Kakashi. There are honestly so many more examples of Sakura being more of a stalker than Hinata but because it's actually mentioned that Hinata used to watch Naruto from afar rather than show it often like they do with Sakura when it comes to Sasuke, Hinata is the actual stalker and Sakura is just a lovesick angel.

Do you watch Black Clover? I tried watching it, and the story interested me, but Asta yelles SO MUCH. I couldn't deal with it. I thought Naruto yelled a lot 😆

Yeah, I watch it on Toonami. It’s honestly not that bad of a show, but I think that they chose the wrong studio to animate the series. SP does the show justice at certain points like when it comes to certain fight sequences, but other than that, the series comes off very lackluster for me. The anime could be better, but then again I’m at the beginning with the water temple arc. 

Asta does yell A LOT and at first, that was a major turn off for me, but he’s actually one of the few redeeming characters for me in the series. Captain Yami is actually my favorite character out the entire series with Noelle being my least favorite. She’s honestly as bad as everyone makes Sakura out to be in Naruto since you brought him up lol. 

Now I know you didn’t ask for all this much info, but I just need to vent about the show since you asked about it lol. While I like the series so far and some of its characters and the story, there are many things I also dislike about it aside from Asta’s constant unnecessary yelling. One thing I don’t like that’s kind of major but also insignificant is that most if not all of the characters that are given a character personality or something, they overplay that trait to a T. For instance, Noelle is a tsundere towards Asta and everyone she meets. They take the definition of tsundere and crank it up to 100% and make her out to be unnecessarily mean towards people and Asta for no reason other than she’s the disgraced royal, granted she does have her nice moments. She does to others what her family does to her with no thought whatsoever. Another example is the Eye of the Midnight Sun guys. Each of them represents Despair, Rage, and something else, and instead of giving them personality, they make them repeat what they represent over and over and make them a machine that defines the meaning of the word they are characterized around. If you are going to make a group of villains, give them actual personality and not just one trait. If you are going to make characters with reasons why they are the way they are, give them more personality than just that one thing. It’s an irritating thing when you know that there are other anime and shows out there that don’t make their characters as one dimensional as Black Clovers.

Now since this is getting longer than I thought it would, another thing I don’t like about the show that I’ve already mentioned above is how lackluster things seem to be. For example, when Asta, Noelle, and Luck are sent to that cave in search of treasure indirectly along with Yuno, Mimosa, and Klaus, they end up having this big blowout with a rival kingdom or nation and the big baddie there is supposed to be wicked powerful. When they have him bust out these big moves that at first make you go wow, they somehow find a way to kill that little spark of amazement in mere seconds. When Magna Asta and Noelle save the village and Noelle does her first semi-useful and awe-inspiring thing in the entire series, they have a way of killing the excitement again and make the win so lame. So far, the first and only good fight that I’ve seen in the entire thing was when Yami went up against Licht before the other captains arrived. That was an exciting fight to watch and the runner-up (barely) is when Asta started to fight the Beast dude that overplays and says the word Despair from the Midnight Sun in the water temple arc. But anyway, my point is, if this show is trying to keep the buildup going, they need to do more for their action scenes instead of just pulling a Dragon Ball Z and have them do the same thing over and over until an asspull supposed to be flashy win happens after all of your excitement is drained away. 

Now I know I may have made the show sound way more unappealing than it actually is, but I honestly think you should give it another try and try to push aside Asta’s mouth. You get used to it after a while and it actually makes him quite endearing when the purpose serves. And judging from what’s being posted on here right now on the Black Clover tag, it looks like things are getting more interesting and Noelle’s character is actually starting to pull her own weight and grow from a part one Sakura. I’m actually looking forward to seeing more, so I hope you get back to it. Let me know what you think if you continue! Thank you for reading my long ramble over such a simple ask! Lol

I feel like I've become so protective over Sakura. I totally understand people's criticism of her, but at the same time I feel like it's not really "her fault"? There was, and probably still is, so much potential, but Kishimoto just wasted all of it.

I agree with you that it’s technically not Sakura’s fault for the way that she is since she is just a fictional character, and Kishimoto just didn’t do an excellent job with her. I will also agree with you that from what he has shown us of her, she has so much stuff left to offer but is literally never explored so all she has to her character is her looks, strength and medical feats, which is enough for many in the fandom. 

I’m probably not the one to say this to, though, since I lean more towards disliking Sakura rather than actually liking her. I like her to a certain extent, mainly for her appearance and some of the feats she has, but everything else around her purely turns me off and I can barely stand anything that has to do with her at times. Mainly her fandom turns me off since they can’t seem to accept that Sakura was a terribly written heroine and her attitude and many of the things she has said or done to people or in certain situations and how Kishi handled her character overall was just trash. They blatantly ignore her horrible qualities and glorify her “usefulness” to many situations which pisses me off because now they’re doing that with Sarada too and I’m starting to dislike the possibly most well-written girl in the series so far. There’s that and also the fact that for whatever reason, for as long as I can remember, I have ever rarely liked the leading lady for a series. There have only been a literal few exceptions, but I have always ended up hating the heroine in a series. 

That being said, I’m not one of those people that completely overlook Sakura’s good qualities or the good that she’s done. I will readily admit to when Sakura’s been a badass or when she actually deserves the praise she gets. I’ll also defend her when people are so stupidly biased against something because they dislike her or something like that. While Sakura’s by no means good, (in my opinion at least), she’s not the absolute worst either. 

So I know you didn’t really ask anything this time, but I felt like I had to say something so that you knew where I stood with Sakura so that it wasn’t confusing for you if you see me post something against her character and then right after post something positive. Good on you for feeling the need to protect her; like who you like. But for me, I honestly get annoyed really easily when she’s involved, hehe. Sorry.
