Yesterdays run was a hot one. As was the day before! But as opposed to a tricky hilly run on Wednesday, I kept it simple yesterday with a glat out and back after work. Struggled a fair bit in the heat but feel like I'm getting slightly better the last couple of weeks. #crosscountry dates are out, thats the next thing to work towards I think! Another run, another outstanding top... Surprisingly warm as it was looking grim when I set off. But really cleared up. I got a heavy legged 6 in at just under 8 a mile. Maybe not run tomorrow... Rest is important too after all. No races coming up at the mo and that's probably for the best. Give me a month and I'll be up to speed. Thinking maybe the #micmorris10k next. Ran 41 and change last year, see if I can do it again.
