I heard my fire alarm go off so I sit up and go check what’s going on, and there smoke just POURING up the stairs from the kitchen. My sister accidentally burnt something in the microwave and smoke isn’t very fun to breathe in, especially when you have asthma. The house isn’t burning down but now I have to have all the windows open and the house smells like burnt quesadillas.

So I may have accidentally set the microwave on fire.... Happily, it still works!

There was a fire on the floor of our dorm.

As a result, everyone had to evacuate.

Outside, the weather is 30-some degrees and raining.

I'm wearing gym shorts and a t-shirt.

I had no time to put on socks.

I stood in a frozen parking garage with drunken bros and biddies for 45 minutes.

Because nobody was hurt and my room is okay, I get to complain.
