Ingredients: 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour. 4 tablespoons granulated sugar. 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/8 teaspoon salt. 3 tablespoons milk. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 tablespoon chocolate chips optional.
