There have been more amphibians this year than previously and I’m so excited!
if you live in the mid atlantic region of the USA and while driving around you see bushes of red berries along the roads at this time of year, theres a good chance those are wineberries, a species of raspberry which are both highly invasive and highly delicious. THAT MEANS FREE RASPBERRIES WHERE YOU CAN PICK AS MANY AS YOU WANT AND THE MORE YOU PICK THE BETTER FOR THE ENVIRONMENT IT IS. GET OUT THERE AND EAT THIS INVASIVE SPECIES AWAY!!! (also, if youre concerned about eating wild berries, almost all wild berries that look like raspberries or blackberries are safe, the closest looking poisonous berries are goldenseal and arisaema but those are both extremely distinct looking)
