Silly species I'm working on! Nothing too serious about it.

This is one or their initial phases, they can be bigger than a house cat, they aren't a threat to humans or anything really, but they love stealing remains of bodies and scraps, finally, turning into this…

When I said they aren't a threat on their sluggish form, they can be a menace here, the more they eat, the bigger they get!

Food can affect their appearance, but in a scary way it will always resemble an amalgamation of bones, muscles, organs n so on.
