I do have frequent dreams/nightmares about my late Da. And each time I ask him: ‘I know I am in a dream, this is not real. You are a projection of my troubles. You keep hanging around.’

‘But I never hated seeing you again,’

i wanna be obsessed with something, i wanna cover myself with the need to do it again and again and again till nothing else matters. let me think about it all the time. let it be the only thing on my head. let me wait for the end of the day so I can sit alone and do it again cause I wont care what anyone has to say.

let me dream about it because atleast it takes the nighmares away.

Waves of Peace

I need to escape near the setting sun to settle my sorrows in the sea.

The sound of clashing waves on the shore is soothing but missing,

In a room already filled with water to the top of a mellow pink ceiling

There’s a twenty-five foot wave haunting over my dreams

But not enough to drown me.

Last night, however, was the biggest tidal wave I have yet to see,

I had three nightmares in a row last night. But, I managed to turn the last one around. I dreamt that I was falling into a state of psychosis and I kept having blackouts and after one of my blackouts, I woke up in the middle of the sea. So, instead of being absolutely terrified, I turned around and swam back to shore (I wasn't so far out that I couldn't see the shore, but it was very far away) and once I got there, I saw my family at the side of the street behind the beach, ordering candyfloss, so I went over and joined them. I turned a nightmare into a dream :)

Re smoking. Have u tried Zyban, or equivalent? It inhibits the craving rather than replace nicotine. I gave up after 20+ years easily. See a doctor/Gp. Good luck anyway 😉

It’s the same as Wellbutrin, which I can’t take because it gives most people crazy nightmares and I already have chronic issues with that.
