gouter aujourd’hui.   今日のおやつ。 　 　 あたたかいソイラテ(メキシコ・チアパス・オーガニック・デカフェ) 　 チョコレート風味の ウエハース(Loacker) 　 　 　 コーヒーも 紅茶も飲みたい、 とか コーヒーを もう一杯…とか 思うけれど、 カフェインが多くなって 眠れないのも困るな、という感じで 　 この頃は デカフェの活躍が 増えている我が家。 おいしいのに出会えて、 ほんとうれしい。
