Dear migraine

Guess who’s got a migraine?

That’s right I do.

Seriously fed up of this now, waiting to get an appointment through from neurology because it turns out my IIH medication is supposed to help with migraines but it’s at the max for it and migraine meds don’t do anything for me.

Been in my room, in the dark with cold packs on my head since I woke up. At least the house is quite cause I’m home alone.

This migraine won’t shift, this is like the 3rd time I’ve looked at my phone all day.

I really need it to shift any tips?

Ayyy another migraine

I’m seeing a neurologist in February but I’m actually just fed up of them now. Spending my day in a dark room with minimal noise and cold compresses on my head just isn’t a mood. Oh and the not being able to eat cause the smell of food makes me feel sick isn’t fun.

But hey you never know it might be gone in the morning. I hope it’s gone in the morning.
