This migraine of mine sucks and gives me hell but as I'm lying flat on my back in a dark room with some cloth tied tight on my forehead, an ice pack over my head and my eyes. Holy fuck do I feel like Henry Winter.
I mean I fucking hate the debilitating headache I get but I do appreciate the Henry Winter aesthetic it gives me lol.

because of my pots and chronic fatigue i can’t exercise, and if i do i risk putting myself out of action for the rest of the day even if it’s just a twenty minute walk. i used to be very active and revelled in feeling physically fit. i love circuses so to try and make myself feel better i am starting to stretch every morning and night to improve my flexibility. i am by no means an acrobat but having this image in my head seems to be helping. it’s something for me to work towards as my flexibility was something i was really proud of when i used to dance and do physical theatre. wish me luck !!
Question for the Spoonie Community:
Does anybody else who gets migraines (either frequent or chronic) have a problem with red light?
I was playing FNAF VR the other day, and the blacklight modes triggered a migraine…
Ah, migraines. Gotta love em😌😣
sole perk of migraines is literally seeing life through rose-colored glasses
Stuck in a dark room with an intractable migraine? Time to make the best of it with my favorite Halloween movie, Hocus Pocus.
Migraines are just lovely.
