Summary:

Day-to-day training in the Horde may be focused around battle, but sometimes they come up with ways to switch it up and teach skills that are applicable for war using a new method. The dancing simulation is supposed to help with coordination, synchronicity, and kinesthesia. It’s clearly worth doing from how many cadets stumble over their own feet attempting it. Adora is one of those people. Catra isn’t. A little extra training away from prying eyes can help. (Or, why Adora and Catra knew how to dance at Princess Prom)

That ask now made me wonder if one of them ever dipped the other while dancing in the simulation training. I could see Adora doing it playfully and Catra just Dying on the inside. Then princess prom rolled around and she decided it was her moment now.

in my interpretation, no, but...... im doing a Thing with it. but if they did, No Way catra would have dipped adora. shadow would have had her tail right there

I got ridiculously excited at the mention of the dance training in the Horde in your new fic lol I'm still not over it.
