Was nice to have experienced this for the first time - loved the open plan kitchen and watching the chefs in action right in front of us. The standouts were the duck; mains of pork katsu and kangaroo - I’ve not had kangaroo cooked so well before (wasn’t tough at all) and the fulfilling charcoal ramen noodle.
