Black Sesame. Sherry. Lemon Myrtle. $22 - Local Fish. Venus Clams. Peas. Lemongrass. Parsley. $42 - Pork Neck. Sumac. Parsnip. Rhubarb. $42 - Grilled Greens. Crispy Shallot Butter. Lime. $14 - Potato. Brown Butter. Lemon. $11 Love how delicious and well-balanced the dishes were. There was a thoughtful acidic component in the parfait entree and potato side to counter with the richness. Will be back and on the list of ‘special occasion restaurants’ to visit in Perth.
