Post SL, Michael wakes up in a morgue that’s closed for the night. So naturally, he steals a security uniform, wipes his case file and all evidence off the security cameras, and walks out the front door.

Mike later gets a job (as a night guard obviously) at the very same mortuary he woke up in and constantly gaslights the employees who are pretty sure their new colleague is actually the corpse that went missing a couple weeks ago

Chaos ensues as he struggles with ‘living’ in his current situation and tracking down William and righting his wrongs, all while being in a constant state of painful regeneration.

But hey at least Mike got some cool remnant abilities out of this.

Mikrophone vers: Parker is pretty sure the cute British guy who works at the mortuary is actually vampire, and by god is he going to prove it. Hijinks ensue

there is a boy on the phone and the way he hesitates is kind of cute. he gives you tips to keep you alive, unknowing of the fact that you're already long dead. you know almost nothing of his interests and yet you can imagine with complete accuracy how he'd react to something you say. he's shown you more care than almost anyone else in your life and he died before he even got to know you existed

except there's no way phone guy didn't know michael existed because hurricane isn't that big a town and news travels round fast, especially when it's someone murdering their younger sibling

and i bet michael did not give a single shit about phone guy while he was alive because it's unlikely they crossed paths especially when mike was busy mourning his brother and sister and also, depending on your headcanon, being an absolute shut in

errrm I can’t get into the habit of posting bits and short drabbles about ocs unless I actually start. and try. hitting my head with a brick. let me just do a list first

Camilla. Based on the fact Cooking Cat seems to have a canon tv show, Cam is one of the mafia housewives and CC’s camera guy. Has long blond hair.

Her ex husband works the bar at the top of mafia island. Out of all the mafia, he was level headed enough to know it was only right to get a proper divorce before he left. Him and Cam were equally rational as they were strong. Cam used to work in moving crates for storage which really built her muscles over the years. Cam can’t cook for squat, but her and CC both enjoy the same taste in seafood.

Bugsy. A robot with a triangular flat screen for a face and antennas poking out at the top. She’s a giant mech for bugs. So regular person sized. An agent that works for Tim.

The bug in charge of speech/negotiation is a mosquito named Silver. She majored in speech communication concentration. At bug school. A ladybug named Tilly is in charge of research and providing Silver intel. The bug controlling movement is a butterfly, Accro. She however frequently goes off plan and disobeys orders, so the beetle mechanic Edna has the ability to override Accro’s control and take over for the team when needed.

Mika. The microphone guy and other mafia housewife that works for Cooking Cat. Has short red hair, and cat eye glasses.

Mika doesn’t know what her husband is up to, and does not feel curious about it. There was a popular band that played in the mafia's original home, and Mika was their sound editor when they sold CDs. Mika felt that she rushed into her relationship and marriage. She could never talk to him about her interests in music, after she found out he feigned interest in order to try and impress her, it just fell apart. CC really likes the jingles Mika comes up with for the show, and it makes Mika proud to be making her sound something broadcasted so widely.
