Delight your taste buds with these indulgent chocolate chip cookie cups filled with creamy panna cotta milk. A perfect blend of cookie goodness and silky milk dessert!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 egg. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 2 cups milk. 1 packet unflavored gelatin. 1/4 cup cold water. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a muffin tin. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl using a whisk. The butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a different bowl. Mix the butter and egg together well after adding it. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are all mixed in. Add the chocolate chips and mix them in. Put a spoonful of cookie dough into each muffin tin and press the dough against the sides to make a cup shape. The cookie cups should be baked in a hot oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are golden brown. Take them out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes in the pan. Then, carefully take the cookie cups out of the pan and let them cool on a wire rack until they are completely cool. Put cold water in a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over it. This is the panna cotta milk. Give it five minutes to bloom. Over medium heat, warm the milk and heavy cream in a saucepan until it's not boiling. Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar and mix well. Take the pan off the heat and add the bloomed gelatin. Stir the gelatin in until it's completely dissolved. Let the milk mixture cool down a bit before you carefully pour it into the cookie cups. Pour the milk mixture into the cookie cups and put them in the fridge for at least two hours, or until the panna cotta sets. Ice the panna cotta milk and serve the chocolate chip cookie cups along with it. Have fun!

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch together with 85 grams water until smooth. While stirring, gradually pour the cornstarch mixture into the rice. I’m a fan of #Mouhallabiyah! (This pudding is prepared with ingredients like milk, sugar, ground cardamom, rosewater, and ground pistachios. The sugar is added to the heated milk and is mixed until dissolved; then cardamom and rosewater are added. The mixture is stirred until thick, poured into serving bowls and placed in the refrigerator to set. This delicious Arabian pudding is usually flavoured with rosewater and garnished with ground pistachios before serving.) #mhallabiyeh #mhalabiyeh #lebanesedessert #milkdessert https://www.instagram.com/p/BzmjfkWhmjp/?igshid=4iu5emyehudn
