The first time someone referred to me as "pushing 30" I was 25 and that's crazy because I kept getting called almost 30 every year since. At some point it feels like being Almost Thirty™ is this strange never ending limbo that you can't escape from. I think I'm going to be almost 30 forever.

I'm honestly (finally) at a point in my life where I do t give a fuck about what is cringe or not. Looking me 37-y/o brother dead in the eye and revealing that I kin with an anime character? Cathartic. Playing Danganronpa with my gf while also understanding that it's absolute shit at its core? I can like whatever the fuck I want,, I'm an adult, who cares. The internet is cursed and the further I get away from it the better.
