Been struggling the past couple years with Millicent bc i love her to death but she always feels like she's missing something - and I just thought "what if that something was a bunch more arms, yknow, like a centipede"

(i also just need to flesh out her personality and lore too, lmao)

The amount of arms is indefinite, but she can easily move them around and tuck away with expert discretion. Her dexterity is off the charts, her slight-of-hand is immaculate, and her hugs are legendary.
