The piece of paper that a large green spider places on Sunlight’s Canopy’s counter has a bunch of squiggles, dots, and dashes on it, but it doesn’t take much magic at all to comprehend, especially if merely by vibes alone.  But the way he sets it down is a way that means business… if he didn’t look so cute doing it.

Mariela can’t read the paper that is placed in front of her, but she finds it funny that somehow this creature has picked up on human behaviors like passing notes, or in this case a job application. She was concerned at first this might be a dangerous predator in these parts, but the spider made no move to attack her, so Mariela guessed it was fine to leave it be. They’re an important part of the ecosystem after all! 

“Whooa there! Where’d you come from? …A massive green spider? Huh…monsters shouldn’t like the smell of this shop, so I guess you must just be a big ol’ arachnid. I bet you could eat a whole ton of bugs. Heck, I don’t see why you can’t hang around if you want.” Mariela picks Mimi up and brings him through the back door of Sunlight’s Canopy into the house portion, and then out the back door into the garden in back. She sets him down on a rock near the herb garden that was still in its early stages of growth, but the grass was plenty long out here and there would be bugs aplenty to make a meal out of.

“Here you go little buddy! Have at it. Make sure no pesky bugs eat my plants, okay?” …Job get?

“Hey, if it isn’t my favorite web designer!” Kay’s perched atop one of the branches of the great tree-- she’d come up here to see the view and have a picnic, but she’s always glad to have company. Plus, she’s always been fond of spiders, so she’s wanted to try to make friends with Mimi since the last time they saw each other.

“Want to share? There’s plenty of food, and it’s a nice day... you’re welcome to hang out with me if you want.” She offers the basket of food toward him.

There was a bored expression on his face, staring at the spider-esque creature that joined him mere moments ago, now standing on the outdoor table. If whatever it is that they think they're doing was meant to spook him, unfortunately, it only irritated the brit at best.

"If it's food you're looking for, tough luck, buddy. I don't have anything on me." he's just writing, really.

“Oh, hey there.” Bugs don’t bother Carmen, so she isn’t too startled when she sees one in the tree she was eating lunch under. This doesn’t look like any kind of spider she’s seen before-- but this place is full of creatures like that, isn’t it? Maybe if she can coax it a little closer, she can get a picture to look it up later...

“Do you want some food? I’m not sure what you eat, but I have some fruit and chips.”

mimi will hesitantly toddle up to watanuki, curling up beside him with a sad little squeak. this human wears pretty colors so he can't be bad.

The guest at his side was certainly an unexpected one, and despite himself, Watanuki felt himself tense upon seeing the creature. It was clear that he was a spider, and yet not like one the shopkeeper had ever encountered before. Perhaps it was that alone that made his shoulders relax, added with the quiet, almost sad noise that left Mimi that allowed Watanuki to rest his hand atop of his head; caressing him in a gentle manner as they sat next to one another on his porch.

“I wasn’t expecting any visitors today.. was there something I could do for you?”

Grimm isn't the sort to sit around while things are happening. And while he's not interested in helping these Stars for their researching purpose, he is interested in possible rewards. Well, they might not have specifically mentioned any, but just in case.

And here in his home ward have appeared these strange data bug creatures... Grimm wonders if this is supposed to be a pun of some kind. Because he's a bug killing these other bugs. (The real pun is wasted on the technologically foolish.)

But at the Golden safe point, the Troupe Master eyes someone very unexpected. Isn’t that the cute little baby spider he saw the other day?

“Huh? Did you want to help, dear child? You certainly seem raring to go...”

I Know Her, I Swear!|| Taichi & Mimi

There was a crowd. And not just any normal city crowd but an actual crowd of people gathering around one place in front of a building. Taichi was rather intrigued. He was curious as to what caused so many people to be around this event or whatever was happening. Taichi slowly maneuvers through the sea of people to try and get to the front and see what was going on.  

Taichi couldn’t believe his eyes. Standing before him now was someone so beautiful in her pretty outfit he was flabbergasted. Of course people wanted to crowd around this person. She had to be a model with her beauty. Papparazzi, fans and reporters all wanted her attention. It was clear that this female was popular for sure. It wasn’t until the girl actually turn towards his way did Taichi’s jaw drops. “Mimi?!” he shouts in astonishment.

It was then everyone turn towards him and looked at him as if he was crazy. “What? I know her! I swear! I do!”
