Does anyone else switch the beginnings of words in their head, either the first letters or the first syllables, and sometimes say it out loud, especially when alone? Sometimes with inaccuracies though?

If one of the words starts with a vowel sometimes you just move a letter to the other word.

I seem to be doing this more often lately and I'm starting to irritate myself.

Dear Diary. 

It has been three days since I left my job. I am holding up ok. I have bought art supplies for an Easter photoshoot that I hope goes well. I have also bought epoxy clay for sculpting. 

So far I have managed to accidentally ingest paint and epoxy clay while working. How I am still functioning is beyond me. 

I sorta miss my toy job, sometimes boring as it was. It gave me purpose and I was working on cool franchises and cool products. I liked being in the company of industrial designers and makers and crafters. It’s very different from being with other drawers and painters. Sometimes being cloistered with a drawing only group can be quite limiting. 

As it turns out I really do enjoy making things with my hands, though of course I’m still not at the skill level where I am hire able. But I try and I practice anyway. 

I have not found any freelance work yet but I am still looking. I battle to keep the intrusive thoughts out of my head; I go into a downward spiral quite easily when I am without steady work but at least I know my pattern and I am better equipped to deal with my internal insecurities. 

I am preparing for a GITS show! I hope my art piece turns out well, it is quite experimental and even though I have planned it out I do not know if I can execute it to my liking.

Remembering that time I tried reconnecting with an old friend (did not go as expected but whomp whomp) and forgot my status said "somebody pull this burrito out of my ass". Will forever not regret it because we live, laugh, love life ❤️💕✨

💭 - What's on your mind right now? (For Munday!)

Well, putting aside the slightly muddly emotional feelings that this time of year engenders, I am mostly thinking about sales shopping, including replacing a couple of gifts that I bought for people that turned out to be the wrong size or otherwise not quite right.

Also trying very hard not to think about what awaits me on my return to work!
