Okay, idea. We often speak about broken darlings but what about a broken yandere? I got this idea from another the 'unbreakable darling' idea. Pretty self explanatory. But yeah, what do you think would happen with a mind broken yandere?

In my yandereverse, mindbroken yanderes are very much a thing, but they’re about as rare as a needle in a haystack, since yanderes are typically in charge and don’t suffer the torture that darlings too. But it does happen, and when it does, it’s brutal.
One way for them to break is if their darling is unbreakable, like you mentioned. Eventually their darling just snaps, overpowers them and inflicts every punishment the yandere ever inflicted on them. If the yandere isn’t lucky enough to die from this, this is their fate. They’ll eventually be found in a blank faced heap on the floor, their darling nowhere to be found.
Another way to break a yandere is for their darling to be mindbroken. For some yanderes, the guilt and only having their darlings in body and not spirit reduces them to the same burnt out husks as their darlings, sitting side by side in the hospital staring straight ahead. How cruelly ironic.
I’ll continue this analysis on @darlinghospital, because it’s about to get even worse.
