Enjoying a lovely coffee on the run at work! I used to drink soy milk in coffee not because I had to but because I was told it was better for you and full cream milk was unhealthy, I would actually pretend to like soy milk when in reality I absolutely hated the taste but I was told that’s what I need to have to be “healthy”. I started to hate things I used to enjoy because I was trying to change them and force myself to like something I just didn’t! Now I have my coffee with whatever milk I want, and you know what? I am so much happier doing that! If you love soy milk then that’s great or any other kind of milk for that fact, than go and drink as much as you want, but if you are only drinking it because you are told it’s better for you and you actually hate it then take a second to revaluate your reasoning.
