this is old but i was too afraid to post it. why? i dunno. have it now though!
Although the newer artstyle for the Thea Sisters is very colorful and eyecatching, they don't have the same nostalgic feel that the older artstyle has.
It's hard to explain tbh. I'll admit that I honestly didn't grow up reading the books; I do remember seeing the books at my local library.
The new artstyle is appealing and bright, which makes sense as the series are targeted to kids. It also helped to evolve the girls' fashion sense.
But the old artstyle has that charm that the new one doesn't have? Let me know if you agree.
