My ravine village!

Complete with a restaurant, ice cream shop, painting cafe, pottery shop, grocery store, and three small homes! I wish I could show the interior of everything, but it would be too much for one post. Maybe I’ll make a separate post for that sometime!

Rust Outpost Dwarven Ravine // Farmtasia

So my mom needed me to burn a bunch of CDs for her, so I’ve been doing that all day and playing minecraft while they’re in the process, and I jumped down a waterfall crater in the woods, wandered around, got killed by four zombies, respawned, came back to get my stuff, pummeled a remaining zombie to death with a bone, retreated with most of my stuff, decided to do some mining, dug down and hit bedrock. Decided to do some bedrock mining. Mined around a lava lake, which was nice. I like lava. It’s peaceful and bright and keeps mobs from spawning, and it won’t kill you unless you step in it because you’re stupid, which is honestly my kind of death and much less traumatizing than being repeatedly punched by multiple zombies. 

And then I dug into the bottom of this canyon of fire and got a lavafall in my face. Backed up, mined a few blocks up, repeated the procedure. Mined up again and that time managed to come out exactly on the surface level of what turned out to be this gorgeous lava ravine. Started mining a pathway around the edge of the lava to look around and FOUND DIAMONDS. I am not great at finding diamonds as ore (desert temples are another story, I got three in this world already from one of those) so this was an amazing find. 

AND THEN THERE WERE SO MANY. 

More than two! 

MORE THAN FOUR!?

I FOUND EIGHT DIAMONDS THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN TO ME GUYS 

I’ve never had one of these before

And to top it off: 

Hey there buddy. Guess what, you can’t get me. I’m going to shoot you at my leisure and then mine around you to get that gold int the floor.  Or maybe leave it, it’s right by the lava. No need to push my luck.
