As an exercise in using the (very) old way of editing VTMB models, I did a pass on Ming-Xiao's hands. Just the UV map.

I shared the updated model on the Planet Vampire discord and Wesp5 promptly asked if he can include it in the UP, so it's going into 11.5 :)

So glad this blog exists! Could you do an imagine with Beckett, Sebastian, Nines, and Ming Xiao as types of parents? I know it sounds weird, but I’ve always wondered what your take would be on that.

BeckettI feel like Beckett would be a pretty proud dad. He’d teach you everything you needed to know about surviving the night as Kindred, and more. He’d homeschool you himself, take you on expeditions if he felt it was safe enough for you to come, and try his hardest to be a normal parent for you despite your special situation. He really does think the world of you, and he makes sure you know it.

Sebastian LaCroixI feel like he’d almost definitely be preparing for you to follow in his footsteps as Prince, but only if you really wanted to and had genuine interest in the position. He’d undoubtedly want you to stay with the Camarilla. Either way, he just wants you to have a stable life and be street-smart when it comes to Kindred politics. He’s an attentive father, and very protective of you.

Nines RodriguezAgain, kinda the same as LaCroix - expects and hopes you’ll join the Anarch cause, and is maybe somewhat more forceful than LaCroix when it comes to not wanting to join another cause... but understands it’s your decision. He’s very caring and genuinely fun to have as a dad, he’s cool and suave and none of the Anarchs hate him. He enjoys joking around with you and enjoying (un)life together as much as you can.

Ming-Xiao(Not gonna lie, I found this one hard...) First off, you’d definitely also be a Kuei-Jin. She hates Vampires far too much to let you be turned into one of those. She probably expects you to undertake at least some kind of training, whether it’s in physical combat or political shenanigans, she won’t have you goofing off or doing nothing with your life. You have a role to fill. But she can be caring and is often concerned for your safety, and makes sure you always have a comfortable room to come home to.

This picture was supposed to be Sebastian LaCroix and Ming-Xiao kissing but it didn't turn out right so I instead drew them looking at each other challengingly. I think if LaCroix and Ming-Xiao had gotten together their relationship would be them constantly trying to one-up each other! XD
