Mini adventure amongst the mushroom people and their villiages.

In all, I think I spotted 10 (10?) different species of mushrooms in like a 50foot stretch of Redwoods next to the park...I live here now. I am mycelium...🍄🍄🍄

Birds Nest fungi

This species is usually associated with grass, so it is interesting to see one in a small tuff of grass amongst the Redwood debris.

Yes. I totally looked for a 4 leaf clover, but no dice...

Almost missed these ones, they are thin and see through like paper.

Like a fairy parasol...

I took one of these home, but it will probably disintegrate before it dries.

Also took a couple of these to dry out and add to my collection.

When Disney was making Winnie the Pooh (2011), they decided to make shorts of past movies. As part of this, they re-voice acted all of them with the 2011 cast. It's incredibly bizarre to hear Jim Cummings voice parts of Many Adventures. It's even weirder to hear Tom Kenny voicing these lines. They also didn't re-record Kanga's lines? Meaning you just get the sharp cut to 1970 era recording tech. (Time stamped example)

They also re-cut most of them to be shorter. I assume they wanted to use these as bumpers or something on Disney channel or something of that nature where they really wanted them to be about 2 minutes. It doesn't change that it feels very strange to have missing lines and such. For example, Tigger doesn't even spell His name when he introduces himself? He just starts up His song with no prelude.

A side note, it's funny to picture how this is just Jim Cummings alone in a sound booth speaking to himself in funny voices. Related to that last clip, they also seem to have panned the audio at times, which I don't recall Many Adventures doing.

Oneshot request involving Clemont and his Luxary please?

I’ll be honest I’m quite excited. The request is simple but I never seen a request of a Pokémon trainer just with their Pokémon before. I’ve been brainstorming ideas and I hope you like the results!

A Day Off

Clemont cheered as Luxray made a final blow with Thunder Fang and defeated the challenger. He patted Luxray’s mane making the Pokémon purr happily but it whined when he stopped to approach the gym challenger.

“Thank you for participating in my gym. I hope to see you challenge me again soon,” Clemont told the challenger. They shook his hand and left the area. Clemont went to Luxray again, much to the Pokémon’s delight but again was interrupted.

“CLEMOOOOOOOOOONT,” Bonnie shouted, “Why is there so many parts across the floor?! Were you up all night building again?!” She was red with how mad she was wearing a little apron and holding a broom and dustpan.

“Bonnie! Were you in my room again,” Clemont asked.

“You didn’t answer MY question! I was cleaning up and then suddenly an explosion came from your room! I go check it out and it looks like a Voltorb was rolling around your room,” Bonnie shouted, “You stayed up all night building didn’t you?! I can tell because you have bags under your eyes!”

Luxray sweat dropped watching the two siblings bicker. The Pokémon kinda zoned out until something instantly got his attention.

“Why don’t you just take a day off? Go take Luxray for a walk around town. Both you and him have been working too hard. Besides it’s been awhile since you spent time with him,” Bonnie suggested. Luxray’s eyes instantly sparked up.

Clemont shook his head, “There’s no way I can take a day off now! There are still a few challengers left and can’t just up and-“

Luxray scooped him up onto his back and began running out of the Lumiose tower. “Waaaah!!! L-Luxraaaaaaaay!!!”

“Tee-hee~! I guess Luxray agrees with me,” Bonnie giggled before calling out to them, “Have fun guys! I’ll take care of the tower while you’re gone!”

Soon Luxray finally skidded to a stop,sitting down and making Clemont fall on his bum.

“Ouch! Jeez Luxray what’s gotten into you?” Clemont asked slowly getting up. Luxray nabbed a device from Clemont and his trainer looked at him confused before realizing the device. “You want to use the communicator? I don’t know Luxray….it’s still just a prototype.” Even with that said, the Pokémon remained adamant in his decision. Clemont turned it on and the device booted on.

A robotic voice spoke, “Cle….mont….”

“Oh! It’s working! You’re actually talking Luxray! Well kinda….,” Clemont said in excitement.

“C….C….,” The voice started to say.

“Yeah Luxray? What is it,” Clemont asked. He was excited! He’ll finally be able to talk to Pokémon! What could his partner be thinking?!

“C….C….Cake,” The voice finally said.

“H-Huh?” Clemont asked. Luxray pointed to the building next to them which was coincidentally a bakery. “Oh….I mean sure? Not what I was expecting….” They went inside and bought a nice sized cake for the two to share. When they left, Luxray motioned his head.

“F…oll….ow,” The voice said.

Clemont raised a brow, “O-k?”

What exactly was his Luxray planning? They went around Lumiose city, collecting supplies of sorts. Besides the cake, they got blankets, drinks, a Poké toy, and some food. Luckily Clemont brought his bag with multiple arms. This was a lot of stuff! And he was getting tired of walking.

“Luxray are we almost there,” Clemont groaned, “Where are we going? The sun is going down….”

“H….ere,” The voice suddenly spoke up.

“Huh? Wait really?,” He didn’t even get a good look around. His eyes widened when he did. He….used to go to school here. “Luxray….isn’t this where you and I met?” He turned to see Luxray trying to set up the blanket. That’s when it hit him. “Ooooo! You wanted to spend time with me by having a picnic!”

“D….uh,” The voice said.

Clemont sweat dropped, “I’m sorry….you’ve been trying to get my attention this whole time huh? Well then let’s enjoy it before the day ends!” Luxray’s eyes sparkled as he put the communicator down and went to play with Clemont.

Upon getting ready for bed after his day off, Clemont was at his desk while Luxray and Bonnie were sleeping in bed. Clemont was disappointed as the communicator had stopped working. As he tried fixing it, he caught a glimpse of the two sound asleep in bed. He smiled and decided to put down the device down and cuddle with them.

The communicator suddenly booted up,“I….love….you…”
