Me when I Understand Politics and am not Very Mad when it's pointed out that the Democratic party are just as in bed with corporate money as Republicans.

I'm among the focus group of 'people who do live in this country and would like to not die in it.'

Speaking as an American whose watched the gap grow between Democrat and Republican, or Conservative and Liberal....it’s happening, you’re not crazy, and it is sad. ��

I don’t doubt it BUT I also don’t doubt that my personal perspective is a bit skewed bcos I spent most of my adolescence at a private school in england full of BB tories and then I moved to scotland and all of my jobs here have been either third sector or public sector

nonetheless. the tories I knew when I was at school, I understood their mindset even if I didn’t like it very much. and rn I just have no idea WHAT is going on.

It's not not a threat, but truthfully, the cost of pursuing a legal case would be greater than any potential gain and would probably taint my future career prospects elsewhere. They could not win a slander complaint against me, because the truth is a defence to slander, but it's not a battle I have the resources to fight. And I don't want to go back there anyway.
