A mutant! This one presents more or less like the other mutants I’ve seen. It looked like it only had three petals but it actually had the right number, they were just stuck together. The stigma is also a funky texture and had exactly no pollen. I think there’s another mutant on the same vine that’ll be coming up soon but I’ll keep y’all posted

The first babies have arrived!! I purposefully didn’t label any of my bajillion pots because this is the kind of surprise I love. These look like two pumpkins, two peas, and something I haven’t planted before. I eagerly await the day when the mystery plant makes its first real leaves so I can figure out what it is!
