I think every retail location in America could have an extra button on the cash register called the "not nice" button, and if a customer is mean to the cashier, the cashier can press the button and it adds five cents to the customer's order. And there's a little memo on the bottom that's like "you had to pay a 5 cent fee because you were mean :(" And yes, the button can be pressed multiple times during a transaction.

Why do people feel the need to mess every single item up that they see in a store and not fix it/ pick it up and put it back no matter how little effort it requires. Like you drop something or you fold a shirt in half/ put it upside down you’re just like hm yeah. Actually let me make a minimum wage worker put it back for me like they’re my maid instead of taking 2 seconds to put it back correctly. This applies to grocery stores too! I’d have someone putting fucking frozen items back on a dry shelf!! Like wtf!! Just bring it up to us or we’ll put it back! Take another 2 seconds of effort to make someone’s already difficult job that they don’t get paid enough for a little less difficult! People are so fucking entitled now, and most of the people doing this shit are grown ass adults!! Who claim that we’re the ones who are lazy!!

Our state is now in a “Stay-at-Home” order. Which other than doing essential activities, you must remain at home until further notice by the government.

Of course.

I am an essential worker with chronic illnesses. Yes, it is very difficult for me to work in the conditions that I have at all. But sadly, because I am only 19, filing for disability is as close as me being able to touch the stratosphere. Me switching doctors with little done in between also is not helpful.

But it was only until today, effective at 8pm tonight, that it is now a misdemeanor if you are caught in groups more than 10, or individually doing non-essential activities.

Personally, it should have been in effect way before we even had our first case.

As a food industry minimum wage worker, who is constantly at risk of catching any form of sickness, I will admit that I am afraid for my safety and for my coworkers and customers.

Not only is this small business at risk for getting their employees sick, I would not be surprised if we may be shut down because of the idiocy of few people.

One of our managers had thought it would be a good idea, to let customers into the restaurant even if it was already state law to not allow it. This puts many of us at risk. This puts people’s lives at risk. Not only to me, but to many others like myself who have a chronic illness and are immunocompromised.

Next time I see this shit happen, I will not hesitate to call it out. That it is a misdemeanor and a $5,000 fine, because your dumbass thought it was a good idea to let people crowd inside a restaurant. This may result in the shutdown of our business. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again. 😤

This is a global pandemic! I don’t care what misinformation the stupid orange man in office states, if your state says to stay at home unless otherwise. DO IT! If a business says that you need to stay outside. Do not go inside that building! Don’t berate us on the phone, we are keeping you and dozens of others healthy!

THIS IS ALSO A GOOD TIME TO ACTUALLY TEACH YOURSELF HOW TO ACT AROUND MINIMUM WAGE WORKERS BECAUSE THEY ARE CONSTANTLY ABUSED FOR THE MOST MENIAL SHIT! NOW THAT MOST OF THEM ARE BEING PAID THE VERY MININMUM WHILE BEING DEEMED “ESSENTIAL” IT IS AT THIS TIME THAT YOU OWE THEM THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE BECAUSE NOW THEY ARE ONE OF THE ONLY PEOPLE, ASIDE FROM OUR FIRST RESPONDERS, KEEPING YOU FED WHILE STORES ARE WHIPED!
