These mini taco bites are a perfect addition to your Taco Thursday menu. They are fun, flavorful, and easy to make. Serve them as appetizers or a tasty snack!
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning mix. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced red onions. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 24 mini flour tortillas. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Put the ground beef in a pan and cook it over medium-low heat until it turns brown and is fully cooked. Remove any extra grease. To season the beef, add the taco seasoning mix and do what it says on the package. Most of the time, you'll need to add water and let the mixture cook until it gets thick. Use cooking spray on a cupcake tin. You can use a round cookie cutter or a cup that fits the holes in your cupcake tin to cut circles out of the mini flour tortillas. To make a mini taco shell, press each tortilla circle into the hole in a cupcake tin. Put some of the seasoned ground beef into each taco shell. Add shredded cheddar cheese to the top of the mini tacos. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles. Take the taco bites out of the oven and let them cool down a bit. Put black olives, diced tomatoes, red onions, and chopped cilantro on top of the dish. Enjoy your warm mini taco bites!
