The only way out is through
Yesterday's intake I had a very thought provoking day yesterday , I am still mentally struggling but I feel as if the drip drip of logic is coming through . I wish I could somehow stop comparing myself to my sister and to take away the fear of weight gain Anyways - Late brunch - sandwich thin with two quorn sausages, tabasco sauce, tomato and lettuce Snack- lion bar, apples Dinner - chapati with sugar in the middle and mango pickle, large tin of sweetcorn Snack- sesame snap bar, Mr toms bar, apple and banana Snack- 50 g of galaxy bubble and apple, latte
I reached 2500 and ate lots of challenging things : Breakfast - banana pancakes with almond butter Lunch/dinner ( after work ) - a zinger burger kfc meal Snack to make up 2500 when I got home - 9 bar,apples, large tin of spiced sweetcorn, And 24 pieces so 6 servings of this large mint aero 😂 it was too good to resist

These are minimums and I'm just putting it down so I can be held accountable Breakfast - 400 Snack - 200 Lunch- 600 Snack- 200 Dinner- 600 Snack- 500 ( anything left to make up 2500), This is a basic I can chip and change but I need to keep to this structure and to minimum 2500 every day
