Team Friendship Alliance

Doodled my main PMD Team for my Comic! Darcy the Skitty is the team leader, and she’s the one who came up with the team name! The other two think it’s kind of cringe but Darcy can’t be convinced to change it. Darcy is a farm girl who moved to the city, along with her sister Alki, in order to get money for  their sickly mom! While the two started with simple rescue missions, the two soon moved on to Outlaw missions, which paid much better, in an attempt to earn more money.

The two are joined by Saphira soon after, an exiled Noble who is seeking to make a name for herself to earn her parent’s love back. They all are a teensy bit traumatized for different reasons buuuuut. You’ll see. These three are the main characters of my PMD Story, and I adore all three of them. All of them have some minor issues to work out with each other, but really love each other very much. I’m so excited to show them off!!!

Everyone has those minor things in fic that can throw off your rhythm when reading. One of mine is thinking you can drive from San Francisco to LA in one evening for dinner and back before midnight. That is around 8hr drive one direction depending on traffic. The other is travel from Texas to California is not going down to LA. Now you can go down from LA to El Paso but not down from El Paso to LA. These are silly minor things but do pull me out. I've been a northern California gal my whole life so yeah.

Maybe I just can’t find it, but is there no official pjo art for Artemis? I mean, there’s art for Aphrodite, who changes her appearance, but none for Artemis (I guess Artemis technically changes her appearance, too, but she at least has a most-preferred form).

Side Note: If anyone reading this can draw or knows someone who can draw, could you maybe post a picture of Artemis (As her Titan’s Curse appearance) And tag me in it? Thank you so much!!

So a little over 2 years ago, I got my ears triple pierced. And instead of going to Claire’s, like I did for the first and second piercings, I went to an actual piercer to get it done right.

Disclaimer that this is just my experience, and I still believe that a piercer with proper tools and training is superior to a retail worker with a piercing gun, but things... have not gone well.

Let’s start with the part where I guess the earrings I got were too short to allow for swelling? Which is a thing I discovered about a month after getting pierced, when I woke up and found that my (constantly painful) ears had swallowed the backs of the earrings. So I had implants instead of changeable jewelry.

Honestly, I was okay with that; the earrings were simple & subtle and I was terrified of getting them removed when the backs were inside my flesh. 

Then the earring on my left ear managed to detach itself from the backing. Okay, having just the one on the right was a little lopsided, but whatever, I could live with that.I mean, it’s a little weird having the little ball back in my ear, but oh well. It’s not hurting me. (ps it’s still there just... existing, so that’s a thing.)

Cut to a couple weeks ago. I noticed that my right ear was feeling a little tender. Then I noticed that the earring stuck in it was starting to poke out a bit. Then a bit more. It would catch on my hair. It was painful.

Yesterday it popped out.

I now have a lump of flesh where my earring used to be. I’m hoping it’s not a keloid; I’ve never had an issue with wounds healing lumpy in the past. It’s like a wart on my earlobe. Waiting to see what happens. Wishing that two years ago, when my ears decided to swallow the earrings in the first place, I’d just gone to a doctor to get them removed (yeah, I looked it up at the time and it said surgery would be my best option).

Shameless self promotion but I did the unthinkable and spoke to my roomie and not only did she apologize, she offered to give me back pay for the months I’ve been paying more AND she agrees that it doesn’t work with him and after sitting him down and talking about responsibilities in a shared household, she promised he won’t be staying here after Christmas. So. I STOOD UP FOR MYSELF

But yeah. Just a massive thanks for you support in asks and messages with suggestions and help - I used the letter and points I wrote down and it helped me. And I didn’t even cry or apologise once.

Too bad the celebrations was ended with me stubbing my toe so hard it had to be put back in place. Ouch. And I’ve officially been in England too long - I apologized to the chair. 🤦‍♀️

I'm scrolling down your blog and saw the 15 year old in your blog post, and I just gotta say something. Go the hell away. You're 15, you only have to wait 3 more years before you can LEGALLY be on this blog. Wouldn't you rather be here legally, and not have someone get arrested? I get the feeling, you feel more mature than you actually are. I went on to a few nsfw blogs when I was 16, and it wasn't worth it. Just come back in 3 years, we'll be here to welcome you with open arms.

Exactly. I did block them but I can’t do this with ever minor as they don’t put their ages in their bios. So, if you’re a minor please, please, please unfollow me and return when you’re 18, would you rather be able to access my blog when you’re of age or have my blog deleted/shut down for good and have me get into trouble?
