Wait a sec, do your wings still work at a smaller scale? I only ask because smaller animals need more total wings since there's less surface area on each individual wing to catch the air.
And if you can't fly, I can think of at least one Hylian who would probably both make and help you learn to use a small-scale paraglider. ;)
Rito are something of a marvel in the laws of aviation as is. We're a little like bees in that our winds really ought to be larger than they are for our size.
I'm still able to take to the air like this it seems. Hard to know whether it's because of my excellent control over the winds or not, however. Unfortunately, I suspect it would take me a week to get anywhere in this form, not to mention that-
