I've been trying to get into gardening lately and I am obsessed with the fact that every herb guide is like "harvest your herbs at this time for the best freshness" or "harvest them when they're this big or pests will eat at them" and then mint is like "Harvest the mint every 2 weeks or they will SPREAD and DESTROY YOUR LIFE and you will be UP TO YOUR EARS IN MINT"
