a/n: the character choices are super random because i’m trying to write about characters i have less content of :-)
• she’s not a huge fan of physical affection as a whole, but with you she doesn’t mind hugs, cuddles, and kisses :>
• if someone is hurting you or bullying you, you can count on maki to put an end to it— she’ll make them back off within a second
• she’ll show you she loves you by paying for the restaurant bill, or by finishing a chore for you when you’re feeling too down to do it
• “it’s on the house y/n, you know i love you! so... why wouldn’t i go out of my way to make you happy?”
• warming up to you was a really slow and gradual process but eventually she did and now she’s super affectionate with you
• she might not admit it but she’s a sucker for pet names like “babe”, “honey”, “sweetheart”, “darling”, and “my love”
• maki only trusts you when it comes to most things, but especially with her deepest emotions and thoughts
• “i really can’t thank you enough for being my s/o. you’ve brought so much joy and love into my life, i never knew it was possible for me to be... so happy.”
• she loves sharing your relationship on social media— having matching profile pictures, having your name in her bio, posting your cute photos together
• she has tons of really funny photos of both you and her in her phone that she took on a whim
• she writes songs about you and sings them to you all the time, humming the lyrics at random times and getting the melody stuck in your head
• “i dedicated this super sappy love song to you! because who else would be the inspiration to that other than my very own s/o?”
• you get to hold and play her musical instruments unlike most other people who don’t get to touch her expensive equipment and prized guitar
• she doesn’t have any problems defending you from people who are being mean to you, she’ll scream at someone for you if she has to
• “look, if anyone’s mean to my y/n... they’ll have to pay for the damages done to you, i won’t let them leave without consequences!”
• he loves being kissed by you! he’s very physically affectionate and will cuddle in your arms if you let him
• he’ll geek out about a bunch of computer stuff and go on a tangent about them just because he’s so excited

• he’s super clingy with you and often blushes a lot when you kiss or hug him by surprise
• he’s super considerate when it comes to you, he brings you snacks and water during the day and asks if you’re doing ok— he does constant check-ins
• “please make sure you’re hydrating enough, that’s really important you know? oh and please! try some of this fruit i arranged for you, these are my favorites and i think you’ll like them too!”
