Could anyone help me out with this?

Back around the end of October, @mirrorgempins contacted me on Instagram telling me I had won the recent giveaway. A month later and I didn't receive it so I contacted them in November about it and was told they were busy with other orders and would send it soon.

It's February and I still have not received the giveaway.

I have tried contacting them on Instagram as well as on here, but haven't gotten any replies back. I'm not upset, I just want to know what's going on. I had given this person our home address and it's causing me a bit of stress.

If anyone can help at all, please let me know.
